ArtMolds Powder Mix Division offers a unique contract mixing service, which utilizes the latest Ross ribbon blending equipment for the production of customer’s formulations and own label products.

The blender provides a continuous ribbon rotation, designed for center discharge and is the preferred choice for most blends. It provides vigorous lateral and axial movement of your bulk material formulas.

ArtMolds Powder Mix is able to offer a Contract Mixing service to our mixing and blending customers own dry powder formulas. Formulas are mixed in our 0.125 ton rotation blender.

We have a minimum order of 220-lbs. (100-Kg) per mix
Package as follows: (100 1-Kg bags, 50 2-Kg bags, 1010-Kg bags 425-Kg bags, 8 12.5-Kg etc.)
We need two weeks’ notice to prepare your formulas

Your Own Label Pre-packing Service
We can create a custom label for pre-packed commodities unique to your market. This label can include your logo, name, address, in fact any features you might wish to add - and what’s more, the design is Free! There’s no catch - just ask us to design a label for your approval and once you give us the nod, you can start placing orders for your own label pre-packs!
